Well, I'm terribly excited.  We are making a trip to Rolling Hills Asylum this weekend.  My question to you is this:  Has anyone on here been there yet and if so...what should I expect...I think I have the typical basic equipment by that I mean cameras, camcorder, digital voice records...and oh yes...dowsing rods..lol....but still...is there anything I should know about this place other than what I've seen on TV??

I haven't been to Rolling Hills myself, but would love to. It seems to be very active for most anyone who goes.

As far as needed equipment, the only other items I would add is a notebook and pen, and an open mind. Don't go in expecting to see stuff, but don't go in thinking it's bunk either. From what you have already said, I am guessing you wouldn't go in like the latter, but it is just as important to not be overly expecting too.

I hope you have a great trip, have fun, and capture some great data!
